A mail account is a "mailbox" that holds your emails on the server until you view them (download them) with an email program that runs on your computer, such as Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express,or any other mail software which runs in your system.

All our hosting and email plans offer mailing lists, The amount of mailing lists you can create is the same as the number of mail accounts available with your hosting/email account. Example: If you can have up to 250 mail accounts, then you can have up to 250 mailing lists as well.

Each of our hosting and email plans comes with auto responders. An auto responder is an email address that sends an automated response back to every email address it receives a message from. You will be able to define the subject and content of the email that gets sent back from your hosting control panel.

Yes we offer this feature and it is an virtual email address that does not have a mailbox, but rather forwards emails to another email address or set of addresses.

We offer webmail for all our email hosting plans and the customer will be able to access your email from the web from any remote location that has a connection to the Internet. This can be accessed from url http:// mail.yourdomain.com/.net/.org/.in/.co.in

We do not allow customers to send bulk mails using our mail services. Our server will automatically detect email ids sending bulk mails and it will automatically block that email id. It will released only after receiving a written confirmation from the system admin of that company that bulk mails will not be sent in future. If the same is repeated again we will suspend the domain name and no refunds will be given.
